WORSHIP,
MUSIC & DANCE DEPARTMENT (ARTS MINISTRY)
We seek to honor the Lord through a
wholistic Worship, Music & Dance Ministries which also
includes the fine arts. We believe that excellence is a
standard set by God and we strive for it in every aspect of
service to God. We have been created by God and for God. As
we minister we believe our greatest goals are to praise and
worship God, communicate His word and invite His abiding
presence.
VISION:
The
vision of the Arts Ministry of PCCC is to:
- Lead and encourage people into
a passionate worship with God utilizing all forms of
musical and artistic gifting.
- Communicate the Heart and the
Word of God, through all forms of musical and artistic
gifting.
- Be sons and daughters in the
house of God and not just simply performers.
- Use our gifts to stir others
to walk in the destiny that God has called them to.
- Use our gifts to evangelize
and educate; Expand His Kingdom in our local communities
first and then to the entire world.
MISSION:
The mission of the
Arts Ministry of PCCC is to:
- Produce quality music that
glorifies God through the prophetic song and anointed
arts.
- Utilize up to date music
styles as a part of worship unto the Lord.
- Prepare an atmosphere for the
spiritual gifts, miracles, healing, restoration and
deliverance to operate and flow throughout the worship
service.
- Be a ministry of faithfulness
and true character apart from gifts and talents.
In the end, worship can never be a
performance, something you’re pretending to do or put on. It
has to be an overflow of your heart. One day, we will join
with all creation in worshipping before God’s throne
(Revelation 5:13-14). It will be a spectacular celebration
as we who were called and chosen to worship will find our
heart’s greatest fulfillment in worshipping our Creator.
